For Insurance Adjusters

A Claims Portal Built for Tree Damage Adjusters.

Stop chasing status updates. The portal keeps every tree loss you place with us in one place — submit a claim, then follow it from crew dispatch to final documentation, with geotagged photos and a carrier-ready summary.

Portal access is included for adjusters working claims with 1 Tree Emergency.

One Dashboard Tells You Where Every Tree Claim Stands

Sign in and the dashboard answers the three questions that usually take three phone calls: what's active, what's waiting on you, and what moved since yesterday.

It's the same platform our crews run emergency tree removal and storm damage response on every day — the portal simply gives adjusters a window into it.

Built Around the Way Adjusters Actually Work

We built the portal after years of the same phone calls: has the crew been out yet, where are the photos, can you send that report again. Now the answers are already in front of you.

Every claim in one place

The My Claims view lists everything you've placed with us. Filter by Active, Needs Info, Completed, or Declined — with live counts — and search by claim number, loss address, insured name, policy number, or status.

Every claim's progress, start to finish

Follow each claim from Claim Received through Claim Closed — crew assigned, on site, mitigation complete, documentation ready. Each stage is logged as the claim moves, so you always know where the work stands.

Geotagged photo documentation

Before, during, and after photos, each with its GPS coordinates and a map view so you can confirm the crew was on site. Download the full set for a claim as a ZIP, organized by phase.

A one-page summary for the carrier file

Export any claim as a PDF: loss details, the full claim record, the document list, and the complete message log. One click, ready to attach.

A message thread on every claim

Ask questions right where the claim lives instead of digging through email. You'll get an email when a claim is received, when we need something from you, when documentation is ready, and when a message arrives — tunable per category.

Your paperwork, attached to the claim

Upload the FNOL, policy declarations, or prior estimates directly to the file. Submitted something in error? Edit or withdraw a claim any time before triage begins.

From First Notice to Closed File

Five steps, and only two of them are yours.

  1. 1

    Request access

Ask during a demo or reach out through our contact page. Our claims team reviews every request and emails you a secure, single-use sign-in link.

  2. 2

    Submit the loss

Enter the loss address with autocomplete, the insured's name, your carrier claim number, damage type, date of loss, and a short description. Attach photos and paperwork in the same step — GPS data on your photos is preserved.

  3. 3

    We triage and dispatch

We review the submission and coordinate the crew. If we need anything from you, the claim says exactly what — and you get an email.

  4. 4

    Watch the work happen

The claim shows its progress as our team logs each stage: crew assigned, en route, on site, mitigation complete. No calls, no waiting for a weekly update.

  5. 5

    Documentation lands in the file

Photos are reviewed frame by frame, then released to your claim — geotagged, organized before/during/after, downloadable as a ZIP. Export the one-page PDF summary and your carrier file is done.

A Clean Claim File, Not a Firehose

The portal shows what belongs in your claim file and keeps our back office out of your way.

What you'll see

  • The status and progress of every claim you've placed with us, from received to completion
  • Released photos — geotagged, organized before, during, and after the work
  • Documents on the file, including anything you've uploaded yourself
  • Your full message history with our claims team

What you won't

  • Other adjusters' claims — your view is scoped to your own files
  • Our internal notes, costs, or vendor pricing
  • Unreviewed photos — every frame is checked before it's released to you

On the roadmap

Two things partners ask about that we're building next: direct integrations with the platforms adjusters already live in, and server-generated mitigation and completion reports delivered straight to the claim's Documents tab. If your team works in one of these, you can request the integration from inside the portal today and we'll reach out as it becomes available:

See It Before Your Next Storm File

A short walkthrough is the best way to judge it. Bring a recent tree claim and we'll show you exactly how it would have looked in the portal.
